Poor Customer Experience from a call centre agent at WebAfrica!!

I got a call a few hours back from an agent. +27 (21) *** This number called me please trace the call. The lady called to inform me about an outstanding installation fee that I needed to pay and I informed her I’ve been speaking to consultants and they didn’t tell me. Nonetheless I will make the payment then, I asked her we can arrange some other time for it to be paid but she hung and processed a debit order from me. I am stuck in Durban right now. That’s the last money I had, I neee to use it for my flight!!! She was so rude and made it a point she organises a debit order right there and there!!! Very very selfish human to say the least. Please see to this and allow me to arrange a date
