POOR CUSTOMER CARE. Wrongly billed.

So disappointed with this company. Poor customer service. First you talk to a robot and takes another hour to get to consultant. Logged a call from 12:50 till 14:48 no help. Very disappointed with them. I think I'll have to leave them seriously.
