Poor customer care to say the least

<p>Webafrica.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is the exact reason why I left Internet Solutions... Now I'm experiencing the same none responSiveness from you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>i logged a ticket a ticket a ticket on Friday 04 June 2016. I haven't received any response and decided to call on Tuesday 07 June. The guy I spoke to said he will sort it out and reply via email to the ticket logged. The only response I received was "could I close this ticket as resolved?" I rep**** and said "no" and 2 days later, problem is still not resolved and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>what more should a paying client like myself do just to get a response, never mind get the issue sorted???</p>
