Poor communication. No feedback.

Got a "retention specliast" named Junade Porsaitides who was supposed to get back to me regarding a new package deal he would arrange for me after I wanted to cancel my initial one. This was towards the end of August 2023. Followed up with him a few times after that to see if he had initiated it - no response whatsoever. Chatted with a call centre agent on whatsapp named Nobuntu M on 11 September 2023 and showed her the screenshots of my emails to Junade. She said he'll contact me yesterday (12 September 2023). Today is 13 September 2023. No feedback. Pathetic how simple communication just doesn't happen. Even worse if its coming from a "retention specialist". Not happy at all.
