Poor communication and service

I have requested moving homes order since last year December and up to now, I am not activated. The frustrating part is that you chat with agents who replies you with probable preloaded replies which doesn't give you the answer you need. I have also tried calling and you get stuck on " you are now on 5 on the waiting list" So far i have received more 4 messages "please allow 24 to 48hrs "waiting period and it resets every time yo follow up. The agents that you chat with are not properly trained to deal clients, when you ask about your order, they give same answer that we have escalated your issue and allow 24 to 48hrs for feedback. if you get those responses twice, it means a week has passed without your issue resolved.
