Poor communication

I have been struggling since 07:30 this morning to get hold of them and when some agent with the name Mamosole respond and tried to help me but dit not do his or her job finish they are ignoring me on the chat this is very unprofessional from your side I want to be assist my WiFi is off and I can't do anything.
