Poor communication

We're disappointed in the service we are getting from WebAfrica. We scheduled our move beforehand and now the internet is doen in the new place. It's been 5 days of trying to sort this problem out and we are getting no where. The chat lines (whatsapp and online) are terrible and you wait around 2-3 hours just to get a response. Then the agent wither tells you that they are working on the issue and dissappears, or just dissappears mid conversation. The communication has gotten really bad compared to a year ago.
