poor commitment and poor service

We signed up with web Africa and net stream, paid them on the 30/11/2022. They have a 21 day SLA promise in which they have now breached because i am still without wifi. They are not friendly, they do not assist, they copy and paste the same messages. Should the account not be activated in 21 days they will credit your account with R999.00 which has not been done. they keep escalating and making excuses. they said netstream was closed, when i speak to netstream they confirmed they were not closed. my issue has been escalating since 2 weeks ago with no feedback. i do not understand how webafrica is operating as a service provider
