Poor Chat Support

<p>It has happened twice now in a matter of a week, where the agent I am talking to on the online chat, simply cuts me off. This is not acceptable, and poor service. i hope i am not going to regret signing up with webafrica! If anyone reads this and know of a better ISP, please let me know. </p>
