Poor billing practices.

Received a Whatsapp message on the 28th. saying that my payment had failed. there was no attempt for payment made from my account. there was suffucient funds. I contacted customer care to enquire, they said the message was sent in error.

Today i received a Whatsapp message stating that my service was suspended due to non payment. Still no attempt to debit my account. My aservice was infact suspended.

When enquiring as to WHY this happened. I am only directed to the portal to make payment.
