Poor bad service / WhatsApp line pathetic

Worst service ever.Internet has been down for days and all I get is to chat to a BOT.What happened to speaking to a human ?The WhatsApp helpline is pathetic .But don't you dare miss a payment then quickly your line gets cut but when it comes to service the worst ever.I won't recommend Webafrica to anyone.
