Poor and slow service

One of our accounts that we have with Webafrica have been upgraded to 250/250 mbps but it was incorrectly upgraded as download only reaches 20mbps and upload is correct on 250mbps. It has been reported but nothing has been done. Whatsapp service is also slow when trying to connect to a live agent. Sick and tired of bad service and communication. Will start to look at other internet providers.
