POOR AND PATHETHIC SERVICE FROM WEB AFRICA

This is the most pathetic ISP service ever - I had ordered a service through WEB Africa - spoke to the consultants in many occasions - a consultant promised me to release the line and even sent me an email - but when the service was to be connected - Vumatel could not process as the line was still held by WEB Africa and they refusing to release the line - so that I can go with another service provider - Their management must look into the lies of the consultants - the only way to communicate with a consultant is through WhatsApp and it takes forever to get someone to assist - so basically they hold you hostage to use their service and don't allow you to migrate to another service provider.
