Poor after sales support

Great initial sign up service, activated and running within days.

However their after sales support is NON EXISTENT.

No point in trying to call as they are permanently experiencing long call times, they urge you to use their "super duper WhatsApp support" but you'll be stuck dealing with a bot who will also keep you waiting on an agent for half the day.

Ultimately a they provide good internet at a good price but you better pray that nothing ever goes wrong because if/when it does you'll be stuck feeling absolutely hopeless.
