Poor access to internet and continuous price increases

I have to agree with the overall consensus. Their service is awful. The internet works intermittently, they stopped the cheapest option which I signed up with within a few months and continuously increase the prices, blaming it on the fibre provider as if they have no responsibility, and this on top of really poor access. I really regret signing up with them but am now "locked" in because they gave me a router. If you are thinking of choosing Webafrica, just don't for your own sanity.
