Poor

The worst ISP in my opinion, been waiting almost a week for a line upgrade, and I hear all sorts of excuses, from my router is insufficient to its Openserve fault, Then you get sent from pillar to post spending your whole day on WhatsApp. Sisanda, Zubair, Darryn, Taryn, Masindi Thandanzani, Firdows Van, Jennino, Kyle, Taswell and Mmabatho. All of these people could not help me and just redirect me on whatsapp. Then that takes ANOTHER half an hour and you have to explain from the start!!! Ridiculous.
