This is a message ive Just sent to web africa...the message says it all...!!!On the 1st of November 2021 you guys suspended my services due to a payment that did not go through...on the 2nd I paid the R999 in full and battled till the 6th to get it reconnected...I chatted to nearly 30 different agents and the all of them was as *********** as the previous one..on the 6th I decided to cancel my subscription and you guys said it was fine...so it was done,but when I asked for a refund for the R999 you guys had me beating around the bush for another couple of days...so I decided to get legal help...to my upmost surprise you guys took another R999 from my account on the 1st of December 2021....how the hell do you guys get it right to take R999 from me in november for services not rendered and now again another R999 after Ive cancelled...I want one of your managers to explain to me how come you can just take R999 after R999 and live with yourselves...I will never ever in my life suggest web africa to anyone and I demand a refund for the money Ive paid for no service at all...are you gonna come to the party or beat around the bush like youve been doing for a month now...this is complete and utter ****************...
