PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WEB AFRICA

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.

I took out a contract with web africa in January. I cancelled the same month due to personal reasons. I cancelled on their whatsapp channel as they dont have a call centre. I spoke to the below person who confirmed:

"Nangamso C.: The line will be canceled by the end of February, as we have one month notice, so the last debit will be on 1st of February"

I have still gotten debited in March and April. Now that I have messaged to find out whats going on.

Here are some of the messages i have received. Mthokozisi T.: Please note that I do not see any cancellation. Mthokozisi T.: What am I supposed to do. Mthokozisi T.: The is no credit app**** for you nor refund meaning the person that was helping you did not do their job. Mthokozisi T.: And I would like to know what was the credit for.

I have tried countless times to explain to this person the same thing over and over but still have not received any assistance. Their staff is incompetant and clearly no customer care skills.

I highly recommend staying away from Web Africa And Vumatel.
