Please reconsider before signing up!!

I am shocked at the customer service provided, after I made payment , I am expecting a call to schedule installation, Vumatel agent calls me then proceeds to say nothing then drops the call and later proceeds to tell me they have been trying to get hold of me , anyway I eventually get in touch with the agent on the 6th November ( I have already paid in Oct) she advises me that Webafrica noted down the incorrect address, they then advised they will send Webafrica an email to rectify this, I then spoke to an agent via WhatsApp and wow I am amazed at how poor and putrid the customer service is in 2025, I asked so many questions and none of them were answered, I asked what is happening with order they advised me they I have to wait another 7-14 working days ( this after I waited for 9 working days already I then asked to cancel and refund they advised me it would take 10-15 working days for this to be processed I am mind blown by the service provided from Webafrica and Vumatel
