Please, please stay away from this service provider. They are extremely bad with service and you cannot call them directly. You will be sorry, try anyone else but them.

Webafrica double debited my account on 01/12/2024 and I have been trying to get my refund ever since. It has now been 47 days and with much frustration and empty promises. Everyday I battle with them to refund me, then they switch my internet off for 10 days, just to spite me. Some of the agents was unable to assist me at all as you don't deal with Vumatel directly. I submitted proof from my bank statement and have now logged a complaint with the Ombudsman, ICASA. I am still trying to resolve this matter as I am writing this review on 16/01/2025 with no joy.
