Please help

Morning

I need urgent help please. I am livid i canceled my web africa vuma fibre end march ever since they have been deducting payment i have spoken to numerous agents every month im told its canceled i get emails its canceled but yet they deduct. Im literally in tears already you guys are taking my kids food money. This is so unfair honestly why must i be wronged so every month. Im currently on maternity leave without pay im struggling to keep head above water now i must still stress every month with vuma. Agents that cant assist properly thats not doing their job properly.i moved in march i have no fibre connections i cant currently afford it yet web africa is taking my money. I cant speak to management as agents tell me they work remotely. How do i get help. How does this stop. Why must web africa be so in human.
