Please cancel - trying to get fibre since August

Please arrange for someone to collect your router from my apartment. I've been trying to get fibre since August. Agents have called me to help me set it up, then they tell me to wait a while and they'll call me back... I'm still waiting. Just when I think I'm getting somewhere on the WhatsApp line, the agent urgently needs to step out of the office. It's now end of November. I would rather live without internet than to use your service.
