Please cancel my contract

Can someone cancel my contract as u guys are not interested in providing me any services..u guys are busy trying to debit my account or sending my countless billing messages while i dont any services, i moved to a new place and i requested new premises to be created almost a month nothing is happening but billing messages are busy bombarding me. My next complaint is going to ICASA is this is not resolved. Easiest thing cancel my services so i can move to more stable service provider with efficient customer care.Minentle M is the last person i spoke to.my number ***
