<p>Hi can someone please confirm that the cancellation of service customer code: KOB37 name: Home ADSL: 100GB + 1000GB, and ID: 510396 has been processed as requested by me on 24 June, and 26 June? I understand that due to your insane cancellation policy you'll be riding the gravy train for July regardless, but can someone please confirm that your ridiculous cancellation process is in effect to be rid of you at the end of this month and that you won't charge me again in August?</p>
