Please can someone communicate with me!

I am really sorry to do this, but I have run out of options. I am so disappointed with Webafrica. Initially I was very impressed with the ease of calling and setting up our account. I was told that once we had moved to the new house to call the provision department and we could get connected within 24hours as we already had a router and a fibre line/box installed. There was obviously a miscommunication between the information uploaded on the online platform “customer zone” and the information provided to me by the person I spoke to. Someone came and uninstalled our operating fibre box with a new one; without any communication about what they were doing. I was under the impression they were coming to help get us connected. Long story short, we have a bill of R1976 for something we do not need, nor did we purchase. I have called everyday for a week and have been on the phone for periods of longer than an hour just to have them put me back on hold and send me to someone else. I have emailed. I have lodged a complaint on the “customer zone”. No one is getting back to me! Please can someone communicate with me so we can make a plan to resolve this issue. I am exceptionally sensitive to the difficult times every one and every company is facing currently. But I have tried, I have been patient, and I’m fed up now!

I would like to thank Leon from the Sales Department who gave us an email address to send our complaint to. 30min after sending the email Tawfeeeq called me and helped me sort this issue out. He communicated with us until past 20:30 to ensure we were happy and everything was resolved. On top of that, WebAfrica offered to cover the installation cost as it was confirmed to be unnecessary. I really appreciate finally getting some help on this. I’m sorry that this is what it took.
I appreciate the measure taken to rectify this and look forward to working with WebAfrica in the future.
