****pies service ever received

Every month my installment is payed..but for the past two months ny fibre has been off atkeast three days a week,when asked about it the people that I chat to which by the way only get back after two or three days says its nit their fault and i wont get a refund for the service not provided..When we dobt pay our service gets suspended with immediate effect.And not to my surprise is that started to happen after numerous attempts of them trying to get me to sign up for another package which is more expensive......biggest load of **** will change my supplier with immediate effect aswell
