I've recently taken out a fibre package.. Was so easy to get up with webafrica, the communication was quick and efficient.. Today my fibre was down i called the call center and the phone kept ringing which was the number i got online.. They also hsve a whatsap chat where they previously messaged me to welcome me... It took me and entire day just to have a live chat with someone and the longer i wait it just goed back to the menu Paige.. Im extremely disappointed and finally out of pocket trying to speak to somone and not having my own wifi i paid not working!
