Perpetual Clownage

Been on chat for 2 hours with no real help. So incredibly disgruntled for months now. Chat agents arent informed on how to deal with issues. Cant explain statements and discrepancies to customers. The debit orders arent going off, try to pay at customer zone that says I have no outstanding balance but I have no service. Cant pay as a debit order is being processed- which it isnt. Look at statements where I have a credit note but the statements cant be explained or clarified. On chat for over 2 hours with no resolution. I cant pay to get my service up and running as customer zone say I owe no money.

Sitting on chat for 2 hours and counting is a complete joke. This is a clown company run by *********** circus staff. Please train your people to handle queries and issues in a timeous but thorough manner. They never listen- And I can say this with good authority as I have to come onto chat for Web Africa changing some procedure every month and rather than understanding the issues they try placate every one on chat.

Which is probably flooded due to the incompetence and negligence of WebAfrica. Sort your circus out you clowns, everyone is tired!
