Pending Cancellation

I requested a cancelation at the beginning of June. Then reverted accidentally. Immediately tried to re-instate, but there was no option to do so. I've since been trying to get hold of web africa. Every day I get told it has been escalated and it will be done. It still hasn't been. May someone PLEASE assist.
