Payment on cancelled service

I cancelled their service 1st of may and paid the last debit order 1st June... i am being harrased by them, They keep taking money from my account on a cancelled service. They do not have a contact centre the amount changes each month. i would not recommend doing any sort of business with them. Logging in here and seeing the money issues shows how dishonest they are as an organisation. I thought its me only
