Payment method and call centre

My internet provider is webafrica they are the worst in resolving clients problems. I called them they put you on hold for hours and no reply. All they do is refer you to the whatsapp line which doesn't help at all. I changed payment method and also sent proof of payment and my account is up to date however my service is still suspended. I know 2 people who have gone to afrihost now I think iam next.
