Payment issues with webafrica

I've been with Webafrica for about 3 years now and not all is bad except when it comes to reconnecting my service. Currently I cannot pay for my service due to my payment link not displaying. When you go on WhatsApp it's good as not working. This is frustrating as I really need the service back on.
