PAYMENT ISSUES

We have been using the web africa website to pay for our vuma wifi today we had a terrible experience we wanted to lay since morning I don't know if it's it's the system or what but when we want to pay it requires the otp and we don't get that otp even when we press resend otp it does the same thing it doesn't send the otp we tried all the attentive ways so that we can pay including the email an phone call we currently don't have any internet connection and it frustrating
