Payment issue

I am appalled with the service I received from webafrica, after it was recommended by them for me to make a payment using their customers portal which I did on the 25th October making a payment of R12000 and odd rands to this day they can’t allocate the payment which has led to my service being disconnected and their agents are telling me different stories and we rely on this service for work , school , this is the worst service I have received especially after paying . I will definitely not recommend them to anyone I know
