Paying for service that was disconnected.

I don’t know how I feel about this company, I was disconnected for the month of march but I’m told I should pay a whole 699 for the month of march however I didn’t have internet I was not home for the whole month , why isit month to month yet I’m expected to pay for the services that I didn’t use , you can’t call them they only communicate with WhatsApp they are rude , like now I only want to pay for April they tell me they will link march and April together on customer zone , we are being ****** .
