Paying for 200mb/s and getting 50mb/s.

Been paying for 200Mb/s but found out my line is set to 50mb/s. Thought i had this corrected +-3 months ago, best speed i could get at that time was 90mb/s. Tested again on Wednesday 4/8 and the best speed i could get was 50mb/s. Took this up again with Webafrica and they confirmed my line is set to 50mb/s.

This was supposedly fixed, and the best speed i now get is 90mb/s. Complained again, only to find the line speed is set to 100mb/s. When I insist that a manager contact me, I get given the run-around. Lucky my contract is in month 12.
