Pay my money back

I have given notice to cancel my contract on 18th of August and received confirmation that it will be cancelled on 1 October 2021. They still billed me for October and November 2021. i have been on their live chat since 08:30 this morning trying to sort it out, but just keep passing from one consultant to the other.
