I am supposed to be on a 25/Mbs @R699/m. I got upgraded to a 50/50Mbs package which I was told was free of charge. Until the debit order came off for R809/m.

Now on the 50/50Mbs package, my upload speed is on average 0.6-1.6Mbs.

Lastly, if you try and talk with support. The only response you'll get is "there is nothing I can do"
