Pay for WiFi but have No WiFi

I have had no wifi for a full week ! They can’t fix a connection issue. It’s so hard to get someone to call you. Vuma tell has made me purchase cables and same problem obviously no reimbur*****t or fixing. You pay the full wifi amount on time but still receive such ?! Honestly canceling
