Pay Back my money

Not a happy client recently sign up with webafrica in March, Mistakenly paid twice in one month only to be told I will get a refund within 20 working days. Also suggested for them to rather take that money was promised to have my money refunded which from the 08/04/2021 twenty working days should be on the 22/04/2021 yet they never made a mistake on weekend to debit yet they still owe me. I want my money back as it's seating somewhere not even bearing any Interest for and I had advised them of such.
