Pathetic & Worst Fiber Internet provider - We need a backup connection to contact their support team

Worst fiber internet service provider. Very frequent outages. We have to go through their awful automation process on WhatsApp if you need to contact their support team. I am surprised how someone could contact them on WhatsApp if there is no internet access in first place. Now I have to buy a data bundle to contact them, does not make any sense.
