Pathetic Whatsapp service

I have been awaiting their assistance on that pathetic Whatsapp contact service for the past 2 days. I have been without assess to my Wifi since Monday, it rejects the password. They promised to get an agent to contact me but nothing. HOW ELSE DO I REACH YOU IF YOU WON'T EVEN TAKE CALLS!!!?? I have had no issues until recently so I have never needed to contact them. They are so prompt in alerting you of a successful payment but now that they have to assist me, they're nowhere to be found. It's honestly pathetic!!!
