Pathetic WhatsApp Chat Services

Their service is pathetic!!!

They take over an hour to attend your query once they attend to it they are unable to resolve it.

I initiated a payment on their website over 5 times without it being successful, I request for their assistance in debiting the account they tell me the same steps I have already done.

From 08:30 to now at 13:00 my query has not been resolved I was not even informed of what the issue is. The worse part is that they do not take calls queries are dealt with on a whatsapp chat, that is so not in touch with customer relationship.
