Pathetic whatapp support

One star is too much for you guys. I ordered 40/20 fibre service with you guys on 20th of Jan 2025 and today is 11 March 2025. My installation is not done and no followup is done from your side. I asked for help on whatsapp, your chatboat says consultant busy for last two days. Meaning you do not have consultant to reply for two days. Please do me a fewer, cancel my new installation request at 237 13th Avenue Laudium 0037 so that I can go to another service provider. Regards Vashi ***
