Pathetic Webafrice service

Pathetic Webafrica service. Watsapp line non responsive. On wattsapp since 11H00 this morning. Just no reply. Landline same thing. Changed LTE provider through Webafrica. Now my bill is in shambles. Deductions going off and no explanation. Got a reference number (636274)on Friday and that is it. No further communicaton from Webafrica. What are we going to do to get service or response??????
