Pathetic WEBAFRICA service

Webafrica suggests that they are the coolest internet service provider, my goodness you are the most pathetic internet service provider!!! Lauren-Lee, Monique, Mohammad, Siyabonga you need to stop your lies!!! First it was Openserve's problem, then you suggest I should replace the fibre box in the unit. I have a Vumatel box, Lauren- Lee advised that my connection will be active within 72 business hours. Yesterday Mohammad could not solve my problem and transferred me to Siyabonga in accounts, he advised that my payment for 1st November does not reflect on the system and my service will be connected once the payment reflect on his side. I pay my account religiously on the 1st of every month, never skipped a month and this is the service I get!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! Mohammad you gave a ticket number ***9 for the line to be cleared, how long does it take to clear line???? Lauren- Lee you could not assist this morning!!! Melissa will probably not be able to assist either. You whatsapp chats are beyond useless!!!!
