Pathetic Webafrica service

I received the worst service from webafrica. After struggling for 5 hours via whatsapp to fix a problem. I had to beg the agent to send a technician to my residence and they're still not here to fix it. I work from home and have been sitting without internet for 3 days now and you can't phone them or speak to an agent directly. I sent a whatsapp request on Thursday before 4 and no one got back to me. Receiving an automated bot response. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH WEBAFRICA they are a waste of time and money. My incident nr #***.
