Really Poor Customer Service...

Waiting Since Jan for fibre line to be installed... Agent Cancelled original order and created a new one setting me back, Waiting over 1h30 on the phone and over a week on whatsapp for someone to chat with me and provide an update on my fibre order.

Pathetic, Worste then telkom!!!!!!!
