Pathetic WebAfrica and Pathetic Vumatel

Pathetic service! According to Vumatel there is fiber in my area and the after 10 days calling for them everyday to check on my order then they can't find the address then they allocated the address then Vumatel doesn't have the address on their portal accordingly to WebAfrica both service providers are seriously lacking customer service!

Vumatel is just not willing to assist. Placed orders with the exact same service providers and they can't check or assist because they just don't want to.
