Pathetic Webafrica

I app**** for a Fibre connection at my place through WebAfrica. Metrofibre came and did the connection and my house and WebAfrica was supposed to bring the router. Guess what, the router was not delivered to my place and come month end a huge debit comes out of my account from WebAfrica. When you contact them it's either you are sent from pillar to post or are totally ignored. How do we honestly have such service providers in the 21st century?
